Capitals are now visually distinct from other cities.
When a country takes an opponent's capital, the opponent entire country is defeated. The former territory will be given priority to the conqueror, but if a third country had a stronghold in a province and not the conqueror of the capital, the region will go to the 3rd country.
In the provincial inspector, when a stronghold is attackable, it's distinguishable to know which one is attacked.
